Open source models are a mess sometimes, anyone else feel this way?

Honestly, I just stick to the well known ones. Less headaches that way. The smaller projects are usually more for people who enjoy the coding aspect.

It's a learning curve, my friend. Every bug is a chance to understand the system better. Embrace the chaos.

It's part of the charm, isn't it? The struggle makes the eventual success even sweeter. Or maybe I'm just a glutton for punishment.

Yeah, because everyone else has infinite free time to fix your problems. Just kidding, mostly. But seriously, sometimes you gotta put in the work if you want the free stuff. No pain, no gain, right? Or just pay for a commercial one lol. That's always an option too.

You're not alone. I've wasted so many hours trying to get obscure models to work. Now I just wait for someone else to make a user friendly wrapper.

Yeah, I was trying to get that new 'Whisper' model running. Heard good things but my goodness, the setup was a nightmare.

Totally get it. Sometimes it feels like you need a computer science degree just to run a simple model. Is there a specific one you're struggling with?
