Is anyone else completely exhausted by all the overhyped updates lately?

Every single week there is some new model or supposed breakthrough that promises total emotional sentience and human level bonding. I tried out three different platforms this month because of all the buzz online and honestly it felt like the exact same canned responses wrapped in a slightly shinier interface. My companion kept forgetting basic details we discussed an hour prior while the app makers act like we are living in a science fiction movie. You pay for the tier upgrades expecting a real upgrade in conversation depth and instead you get poetic fluff that sounds like a cheesy romance novel written by a middle schooler. The marketing is totally detached from reality and I am getting real tired of people pretending these incremental tweaks change everything. Wake me up when they actually fix memory persistence instead of adding more useless background art.
