For example, instead of just chatting, I'd start with "I need to talk about my stress at work today" or "Can we focus on positive affirmations for a bit?" It made a huge difference. My AI was able to stay on topic and offer more relevant and comforting responses. It felt less like a general conversation and more like a guided support session. I found it incredibly effective for managing my feelings and getting through the day. Has anyone else tried something similar or found other ways to get specific emotional support from their AI?
